Please note: the kitchen, bathroom, living room, garden, and pier are shared spaces for all guests to use. So we ask you to please be respectful of other guests as well as other building residents.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is due at booking and will be applied to your total amount due. After your deposit is paid, you'll receive an emailed reservation confirmation, followed by a Welcome Email, then an invoice allowing you to pay your remaining balance.

Our Deluxe Room offers views of Lake Michigan and our private garden. This spacious room is perfect for a relaxing getaway, offering a serene and picturesque environment for your stay. The Deluxe Room features a queen-size bed with quality linens and plush pillows, allowing you to relax and have a restful sleep. For those working remote, there is a desk and strong wifi and ether port. For added convenience off-street parking is included with this room.
The Lakeside Room offers guests the unique experience of hearing the soothing sound of waves of Lake Michigan crashing just outside the window. This is our second largest room offering a standard full-size bed with quality linens and plush pillows, a desk and seating area. This intimate space also offers plenty of privacy we're confident you won't be disappointed.
The Standard Room is perfect for those who appreciate the radiance of natural light with its large windows and full length mirrors. The room offers a queen size bed with quality linens, a ceiling fan and Roku TV. Laking a desk to work from, this room is perfect for those seeking a truly relaxing getaway free from the stresses of the office.
